Silence

The silence is God whispering to your soul.

In the slience we connect with the deepest part of ourself.

To our soul.

The racing mind quiets.

Muscles relax.

Emotions run deep and are released.

Respiration slows down.

The heart beats in a calm rhythm.

Bodily sensations are intensified.

Distractions are absent as thoughts are minimized.

Speaking out loud rests momentarily and the energy between you and God
becomes a clear channel of communication.

Prayers are heard as the intention is clear.

In the silence there is Only the Moment.

The Moment of fully being alive.

Hear God speaking through you as guidance is heard and felt.

Each day, find the moment of silence and notice the extraordinary existence of human life
on planet earth.

~Mother Teresa ~ “We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature—trees, flowers, grass—grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence.... We need silence to be able to touch souls.
