Mindfulness is a difficult state of being to attain.

It takes some practicing and determination.

One negative comment to another can damage their psyche for decades.

We have to be mindful of what we say, how we say it and how we speak to ourselves.

When we repeat a negative thought, we only exaggerate the feeling that will begin to get larger over time.

Any time you have negative thoughts, replace them with Gratitude.

Gratitude is the Gateway to God's heart.

It is a clear channel of communication between you and God that will remind you of your Divinity.

Only You have the ability to Change your thought patterns.

Whether they are thought patterns of fear, worry, mistrust, insecurity or dislike, whatever the thought is, it can be changed to wholeness.

Each day, make a practice of replacing your negative thought patterns with thankfulness.

You will find that peace is around the corner and love for self and others will be felt and experienced.
