Giving and Receiving

Posted by Maria Certo on Sunday, December 4, 2011

Giving from the heart is an act of God.

When we give from the true place within ourselves, we are sending out love, compassion and joy.

How do you feel when you give of yourself or give selflessly to someone in need?

Do you feel full?

When we give openly, an energy is sent out to the universe which responds immediately.

This energy is that of love.

Love will return back to you if the giving is authentic.

If we give and expect something in return in the way of attention, appraisal or material, then we are not truly giving from our heart.

We are giving falsely.

One who serves others will feel a sense of truth and purpose.

Receiving graciously also is important to the energy of giving.

One who accepts with an open heart what is being given to them will be graced with allowing others to love and share that love.

When you allow yourself to receive with grace, you are opening up a place in you that requires healing.

Giving and Receiving is energy that flows simultaneously together.

One cannot exist without the other.

To give is to love.

To receive is to allow that love to penetrate through you to feel that love.

Always give without expectation.

Receive with gratitude.

When you do,  your life will be flowing in God's love.
