Denial

Denial temporarily assists in absorbing shocking and painful events in life.

It is a defense mechanism that allows the shock to wear off so that the pain can be felt when one is ready.

Denial can be detrimental to one's physical, emotional and mental well being if they remain in it for
long periods of time.

Staying in denial in length results in a non reality.

Living in this non reality state lends itself to the inability to accept the pain resulting in the irresponsibility of self.

When a painful truth has been revealed and has not been dealt with through the appropriate channels,
the disintergration of relationships will occur as one's life turns into shambles.

Healthy communication breaks down between loved ones as the truth is not being addressed.

Sweeping problems under the rug can ernomously hinder the growth of the soul.

Denial becomes a way of life with each passing problem or challenge being presented.

This is unhealthy.

Taking steps to feel the pain is the beginning of the healing process.

As one moves forward towards acceptance, a weight is lifted and a veil opens into the consciousness of reality.

Clarity is received.

The emotional restraints that have been carried for so long can now be freed.

Each day, make small steps to face the pain and regain your life back.

Release the pain over to God and ask for assistance to accept the truth.

Live life with love.
