Compassion

Compassion is the channel of grace.

When we give compassion to those who suffer emotional, physical or mental pain, a
light is ignited and its flame shines brightly.

This light lives in us all.

It is this light that heals those who are hurting.

When love is withheld, the light burns out.

It burns out because judgement showed itself.

Judgement is the polar opposite energy of compassion.

Judgement is heavy and dark.

Compassion is glowing and weightless.

How many times have you witnessed someone pass a homeless person and say such things as;

"Why don't they get a life". These bums are taking up space in the parks and streets".

Where is the compassion for those homeless people who suffer humilation, pain, loneliness,
hunger, addictions or apathy?

No one knows what brought them to that place in life.

If others could imagine what it would feel like to be homeless and all that encompasses it,
thoughts of judgement would lessen.

This holds true with any life circumstance which may cause someone to turn their backs
out of judgement or lack of generousity of the heart.

An act of compassion could make a huge impact in someone's life.

This difference may change one's perspective, lift depression, alter a negative
choice and turn it into a positive one, gain insight into confusion or provide peace.

The unknown outcome of an act of compassion is God speaking through you.

This silence is the conduit of love.

Compassion heals the soul.

Each day find a moment to give to someone in need.

Notice what feelings arise within as this love is freely given from the heart.

A warmth will be generated and will radiate ITS presence out into the world.

A healing will take place.
