Centered

Finding your center is something that is learned throughout life as things become imbalanced.

It is a process.

Life has a way of throwing punches that create distruptions.

In the midst of these difficult moments our center is lost.

Our energy leaves our body and travels to different places during the course of the day.

It may be lingering with a change that needs to happen, with a argument that
occurred earlier that morning with a loved one or a financial concern.

Notice where you are leaking this energy in the body.

Is it your stomach, head, joints or chest region?

When we are off center, anxiety and fear are experienced.

Symptoms such as palpatations, shortness of breath, nausea, headaches and dizziness are felt during
 these stressful periods.

How does one find their center when everything around them is falling apart?

First you need to eliminate unwanted stressors.

These may include unhealthy love relationships and friendships that are draining your energy.

Are you consistently being treated unkindly by your partner or friends?

Other stressors may relate to family drama.

Is your family not honoring who you are?

Do you feel like crying everytime you are in their presence?

Do you fear the consequences of what will happen if you decide to stand in your truth?

Work can be another cause that distrupts your energy.

Is it time to change your job or possibly your residence?

Connecting with God through prayer is extremely important in bringing yourself back to center.

Once you have made contact with God and removed the negative barriers in your life, grace shows itself.

A sense of balance will flow through you and guidance will be received.

There will be a calming energy that takes over the body, mind and heart.

Treat yourself everyday with something that soothes your soul.

When one is in balance, life is lived with a gentle sense of peace.
